Site - Belvedere Industrial Estate, Kent.

Planning - Eradicate all invasive species from site.

Problem - Site contaminated with Japanese knotweed, Floating Pennywort & Giant Hogweed, 87 separate areas of contamination.

IVM Solution - Implement IVM 'FAST' System eradication to all areas, areas of Japanese knotweed not adjacent to a watercourse eradicated in one growing season, other areas completed within two growing seasons.

IVM worked in partnership with the London Borough of Bexley, Northwest Kent Countryside Partnership and the Environment Agency to ensure complete eradication was achieved within the set timescales.
